Light of the City is a children's choir composed of former Pine Valley campers. It was started in 2008 by an ambitious counselor who wanted to invest in the campers beyond the summer. We meet one weekend each month from October to April to further disciple our summer campers who are invited to participate by their summer counselors. Our choir consists of approximately 30-40 children, and we also have high school and college-aged staff that help us facilitate the weekend and invest in the children. It is an action-packed weekend rich in deepening relationships and centered on discipleship.
